I'd advise you don't trade with this fellow, as he refused to go first or even use an official MM due to saying 'I don't trust them'. He will only trade with you if YOU go first.

Seems really fishy. After I asked him to explain himself he removed me from his Skype.

Most likely a scammer, beware.
