Buying Xbox 360 Games and Controller

I am looking for a few new games for my xbox.
I also need a new controller..

I don't really know what games I am looking for but just put a list of what you have and the price of it next the game.

Games I have:
All Call Of Duties
Alien Vs Predator
Civilization Revolution
Star Wars: The Apprentice (I am really after the new 1)
All Soul Calibar's
All Need For Speed's
Halo Reach

If the controller is a modded controller (for COD) that wold be awesome
