Buying well skilled mid level account

[legz of life]

Hey guys, i'm looking to buy a mid level runescape account (60-110) that is well skilled and preferably well quested. I prefer to purchase with Paypal or Player Auctions but i could use rs07/EOCgp. I am only buying from TRUSTED users as scammers are to common on this site. I'm looking to keep the price within 2 digits so please keep that in mind...

Things im looking for in the account:
-Well skilled, total level 1000+
-Well quested
-All creation/recovery information
-original owner

Thanks heaps guys and please post your offers below!

P.s. I am interested in the rs3 side aswell
