ok guys well last night my friend quit runescape, he gave me 133.7m, but i wanted to make a pure account. so now once he gave me it, i realise i cant trade 25k+!! so im willing to pay very well for a pin but i need it pritty fast!!

its not excatly, and if you read up, my friend quit in real life and i wanted to join back, so he gave onto a new account so i could make a pure, you can have the gold traded to you on a new account, but you cant trade it off, and i didnt realise this until after the trade when it said "you have a 25,000Gold coin limit" i know it sounds like a scam, i can meet ingame to prove i have the gold and the cap, also will be willing to pay 20million for the help of this.
