TWC. refused to use my PA and then when he said to use an OMM, I told him to pay for the OMM since I was already offering a safe alternative yet he denied both and started swearing uncontrollably. TWC

 

He has 0 reviews on PA he does not do incruments i agreed to go first
he then wouldnt pay for omm fees like is in my post which is not edited
