Buying through e-gold and goldex help

I recently set up both an e-gold and goldex account and verified them so i could recieve funds.

I went to the 'buy' option on Goldex, and it said first time customers have to provide ID and proof of residence, and credit card buyers had to have a signed authority accompany the card, and they need to call my telephone to confirm the transaction.

I followed through and agreed to the terms. Now how exactly do i do the above? I live in Australia and not sure what they require me to do. Any help from someone who lives in Australia and done the same thing would be appreciated.
