I am looking to buy Steam accs; the following types I would like to buy

4 Digit IDs; preferably below the 5*** range
Accs with Steamworks access; I would really like accs with this so I may access the helpful information within to assist me with learning more of Steamworks
Accs with 1 to 3 letter logins I am very interested in

I WILL go first to people; If I deem not very legit I just will not deal
I am open to using a middleman
