Buying Skillers/Obbys/Gmauls

I'm searching for all skillers (Preferably level 3 or 10 hp).

I'm also getting into pking, and want to buy an obby pure. I'm looking for pretty much all combat stats 1 or very low besides STR + HP. Skilling stats on the account, I don't really care about... unless it's agility and fishing.
