Must use an mm, which means you have to trust the MM. I send the moderator MM my account details.. once he has them then you need to send me the cash and claim and cancel..
If you can't do that.. you will never be able to buy an account on ANY runescape cheating site because thats how it works.

 

Dont do any trade with this guy . He's a scammer.
I added him and decided to go first . He got access to my account , changed the password , ignored me when i asked for him to send money , and has now blocked/removed me. I am now recovering the account.
