    easy, get him to send it as goods, not a gift, then record it, get him to tell you, his Ingame rs name, his paypal email, his paypal name its under, what website he is from, the amount of gold he would like, that he has already recieved it, then he cant do shit, cause cant unauthorise that way, and if he charges back his account gets limited

    Writing a note doesn't proof shit he can just send the money on another IP and then a few hours later call paypal and say he didnt do that transaction and in like 1-2hrs he gets his money back
