I am buying somewhere in the range of 325-375 Mil.

My prices are 2-3 USD each mill.

My payment methods are as of the following.

Paypal-Bank Funded-Verified

Cash through mail- (This will actually be sent to the designated middle mans house first the verify the money, and then sent to the seller, it makes things 100% scam proof so that it isn't just my word against theres if something goes down)

Western Union-(I usually don't like using this method because of their fee's, but I will use their method if seller pays for the fee's)

MOneygram-(Never used it before but sounds easy to use)

I am still looking.

I have around 3000 extra cash that I have obsolutely nothing to do with. I am satisfied with my house, vehicles everything. So ill blow it on this game. Btw do not mistaken my want for mills as a weakness. I am incredibly experienced in the blackmarket area, more than most people. I just dropped off the face of rs cheating a year or so ago. Getting these mills. and getting the fuck back out
 
I am lol'ing so hard in real life right now. I contacted " s k i m m y" via messenger and we started negotiating a price. Ok first of all my thread says 2-3 each. He tells me 3.50. I tell him no that I already have too many people saying lower.

He then tells me if he sells all 350m will I pay 3.50. He says the price goes up the more mills the person buys, and told me I am unexperienced because I did not know this.
