Buying Rares from sythe?

I've been hovering the forums for a while, looking at RS-related things for sale, and I became interested in some items. This is the only place i could think of to post this question, as i am not sure if it fits into the other categories...

So the question is, When you buy an item such a p hat, is there some way to transfer the item itself or does one have to use some complicated xfer method to be determined later? i just couldn't figure that portion out, because i would love to own a p hat, I'm just unsure of how the sale is made.

They're selling party hats for in game cash(what the party hat is worth) plus real life cash, reason being for this is because party hats are worth a hell of alot on the blackmarket and are near impossible to get from the grand exchange.

Yes, since you're not paying for it's g.e. value, you're paying for the DIFFERENCE between g.e. value and STREET PRICE.
Basically you're using real life cash to get THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE a partyhat ingame.

Its also impossible to 'xfer' it.

Real life cash+trade price... It might seem like a rip off to you, but PHATS are worth a few billion over the limit in street value.

But trade with caution when buying something..
Personally I'd think its scary when doing big trades here.

Its not impossible to buy ;o
Buy the correct amount of gp from the gold sections.
Than buy a phat from the items sections, although the whole process will cost you about 2000$ so im sure you could make better use of your money
