Buying a range based tank. I will not go first. If the account meets the requirements and I really like, I will pay for an OMM.

REQS:

1. 90+ range.
2. 40+ defense.
3. 70 Attack/70 Strength/52 Prayer
4. 94 mage for vengeance. (Can work out a deal if does not meet mage req.)
5. Most of the major quests done.
6. 20M+ Bank.
7. 50+ Dungeoneering. (Going to get rigour, want head start.)

Good account but I'm looking for one that is range based. The 90+ strength is a turn off to me.
