Buying pure account!!!

OK im buying a new pure to wokr on.... must have these stats:

If str..
Attack - 40
str - 60

If mage..
Mage - 60

If range..
Range - 60

Or...

Mage - 50
Range - 50

Each one must not have any items or any Qp... maybe the odd one or two Qp
All accounts must have 1 def and 1 pray
I will pay around 500k for the acocunt, mm or you go 1st Please try post pics of your accounts[Stats and recovs].. also if using mm it will be an mm of your choice,,, maybe if your trustworthy enough i will go 1st so theres no hastel... Thanks
