Buying prepaid card

Hello I have a paypal account with cash in it but no credit card so I cannot use the cash. I am looking for a prepaid card of some kind. Hopefully with a very small amount on it.

As soon as I get the card attatched to my paypal account, I will pay you for it by paypal (using the credit I have in paypal)
