Ok i really need some help.



I need a paypal accounts if i make one can some one vertifiy it ?

Or can some one make one and vertifiy it for me !



Problem with payment after you vertifiy my paypal, i have about $50 to collectabout 3 diffrent people so i will send payment 1-24 hr after vetifiying it.
