buying p90x/insanity

buying both or either one of these, post offers, condition, no copies, i can download the copies if i wanted them. Doesnt need to include the books since the diet plans suck.

 

Just like to suggest p90x/insanity should only be used if you want to lose fut/cut/get leaner, however the muscle increase is not going to be big at all, this is from personal opinions of doing insanity, and can honestly say that it would be great for cutting, however for bulking it is not necessary, good luck with your purchase.

 

I have all the p90x videos on my computer, and I have the diet and workout plan books in pdf formats. Is that what you mean by no copies? Or would you be interested?

 

I heard p90x is good for muscle building and insanity is good for cutting.
