Buying Over 65 RCer

Acc must have over 65 runecrafting. Cb lvl doesnt matter and will not affect how much i will pay. Must not have recovs and not have had membs payed with cc if it has been membs you must supply all previous pins and must not have a bank pin.

 

come on someone must have an acc with high runecrafting!

 

i've been looking for a rcere and no one seems to have one =/... if i come across any i will let you know though
