Maximum only empty 7 dig is possible to find the account.

1-2-3-4-5-6 dig accounts were removed system during some time if on them didn't activate keys (Half-Life Platinum Pack).

 

Some stayed if they were logged into, it's rare but ive boughten a few. they didn't have 13 year badges cause 0 games and I added hl1 physical, CSS. just posting to look for more but im open to any empty accounts that are old.
Alot of things missed being removed from the system. For example there are some old steam groups with no staff at all.

 

It is possible to remove games from a profile, and here a binding on the first key isn't present. Anyway Steam support will demand the very first key brought in base even if games are already removed from a profile.

 

Yes obviously, but I even checked the accounts i purchased never had keys. I tried to undelete hl1 and there was no trace of it. I'm not sure how these accounts came to be, I just know I added hl1 for the first time. I'm not sure what support is going to think or the ban risks considering the keys were added many years later but seeing as accounts like 1690 have been unlocked with a 12 year later CSS key it shows that they may take it.
