You should file a scam report in the Report-A-Scammer section.

 

Ah, I see then I think you were scammed x: That person is probably a PBM or someone who has scammed another person before (I may be wrong on this one though) Next time, use a middleman to ensure safety, there are a seriously a LOT of scammers here, many of which who come back with multiple accounts.
