Buying New Siggy and Username Image

Hey so I'm getting bored of my current Siggy/UI so I'm looking to buy a new one. To get in contact with me either Pm me, or add my skype: live:cjaysythe
Here are the details I want in the UI and Siggy:

Username Image: I want it to be green, and be pretty flashy, I like Arcus's a lot.

Siggy: I want it to say my name in the middle like my current one, and underneath my name instead of just saying Middleman, have it say Middleman, Swap Shop, and Vouches, all spread apart. I want the Siggy to have Calvin and Hobbes in it, unless you can think of something better. And I don't really care about the colors.

My budget is $25, but I'd prefer to only spend $10-15. Thanks!
