Buying mills through PAYPAL.

I know nobody really uses paypal, but it's all I can use..
you won't like this either lol.. i'm not verified, and it's not bank funded.. i'm using my moms credit card (with permission).
I want to buy for 2-3$ each, at the most. I'll go first to extremely trusted people, i'm not a fool so don't try to scam me.
I will not use a MM. I have my reasons, so it's either I go first if you're trusted (sold lots of mills) or you go first if nobody knows you.
