BUYING Maxed Staker - 200M

[JustSaiyan]

First thing's first, I am only willing to buy from a globally trusted seller. Vouches, high trade counts, etc. An OMM is a MUST, I'll pay equivalent RSGP for fees.

Requirements:

- 99 atk, def, str, and hp
- Dungeoneering - rapier

Would be Nice/Upping price for following:
-99 range
-99 mage
-dungeoneering - additional chaotic weps, such as cls, xbow, staff

Although I don't expect all of those stats to be met, I do hope to find the bare minimum so I can do rapier and box stakes. The 200M is for the bare minimum, any additions and we can negotiate.

Don't bother if you're not trusted around here. My offer is above usual prices because I want a smooth transaction, and that's what I'm willing to pay for.

Cheddar, I will consider your offer. However, your vouches are only for buying gold, none for account selling.

So you're not considering my offer because I'm new?
