Buying forum layout/skin/background

Whatever it's called I'm looking for one to be started asap. I'm using vB 4.2.3, and would love a background with greatly blended colors. Don't want pink or anything like that, but you artistic people know color blends better than I. If you're able to do this please respond with how long it'll take, price, and pm me because I rarely check threads, but will respond to thread if I see a pm
