Buying lower level main

[weedies]

I just recently got banned, and I'm pretty pissed about it. I cant be fucked to make a whole new account so I am looking for one here. I can go through everything necessary to make sure the trade is safe and everything. I am looking for an account not too high of a combat level. Hopefully 70+ attack, and a higher agility level would be lovely! Thank you!
