Before I commit to purchasing, you must create a ticket and recover the account via Steam Support and prove to me that the Original CD Key is definitively attached the account.
After the deal I expect to be shipped the key. If you for some reason recovered the account via a key from eBay and do not have that key in your possession, you must disclose that and link me the listing you obtained the key from.
If the key you ship is not linked to the account, a claim will be filed as well as a scam report.

It might be wise to state your budget for this. This is EXTREMELY hard to get.
