Buying Lieutenant Colonel Grade 2 or above....

I'm looking for a Lieutenant Colonel Grade 2 or above, the higher the better, in Halo Reach. As long as it has the rank, and doesn't have anything modded (i.e. gamerscore modded, that could get the account reset), then I'll be happy.
