Buying level 3 with 99 thieving/agil

[Tunafish97]

Trying to buy a level 3 with either 99 thieving or agility done (or both if possible) it'd be much better if those are the only skills trained on the account
Willing to pay in OSRS GP or PayPal
Looking for a legacy account, no Jagex Launcher accounts!!

Message me on site with prices and/or pictures
Thank you
