Buying Level 200, Paypal

As states the title, i am looking to purchase a level 200 account via paypal. Sellers must be reputable with some history of successful transactions. We will need to find an OMM.

With the purchase of the account i would like all information on the following:

-History of previous passwords
-History of all email addresses associated with the account
-Any recovery questions that have been used
-Any bankpins that have been used on the account

Also pleased be advised that the account should not have JAG.
