    yes, an at&t sim card will give you access to all its features but a t-mobile sim card will only allow you to talk and text

    To be able to use the iPhone on the t-mobile network you have to Jail-Break and unlock it, it's not very hard... and totally worth it! you will get cydia and tons of free themes and apps ... videos are on youtube for every step.
