Buying Higher-end PartyHat

[Saint of Sins]

I'm looking to buy a higher end partyhat. Alternatively, any partyhat will suite me. A green+ is preffered. I Have a price max of spending $800, so whatever offer you have, just leave a post.

I'll say this once, I will not be going first. You can go first, or get an OMM at your expense. I'm looking for a nice quick and smooth trade.

Please leave your MSN, What partyhat you want to sell, and what price you are looking for. Thanks
