Looking for an account with the ability to fight frost dragons. Post combat/range/summoning stats and how much you are expecting per hour for the account.

I require:
That there be no bank pin or you give me the bank pin
That you do not log in during my service

Suggestions:
It'd be easier if you have crap like Antifire/food/armor/weapon/potions
(doesn't have to be a lot, just enough to get me by) so that I don't have to spend time transferring. I will bump up my offer per hour if you provide the equipment to fight frosts.
