however, all the gold sites are still charging ~$3 per mil, whereas sythe members charge around $1, however sythe members tend to only accept paypal.

I cannot add my card to a paypal account (saving you a tl'dr, got a limited account with the card attached, cannot remove card with limits and can only have card on one account at a time) so paypal is out of the question
