Buying Gold Requirements

I have question about purchasing RSGP online. Why do they need to call? When ordering a normal product through PayPal online, virtual or physical, i've never had to go through a process of where they call to verify that you are the account owner. So why must they do it when it comes to RSGP? Also, does anyone know of a trusted site/person that doesn't require this? Because I'm in a situation where having my parental guardian verify for me is possible, but considered "bullshit they don't want to have to deal with".

 

You could simply use PA and have the text message sent to your mobile phone. Then all you have to do is enter the code. Then purchase via PayPal on PA.

 

If it's possible why don't they just verify it via a quick phone call?
Alot of people who buy RSGP use stolen PayPal's and Credit Cards.

 

Im sure that they record the conversation to prove that you did indeed buy products from them, just incase you file a claim with your card company saying you did not authorise that specific transaction.

 

It's to attempt verify that you are the legitimate owner of whatever account you are using to pay.

They do this to verify that you are the real owner of the account because there are people out there that hack other peoples paypal accounts and use them to buy gold. My friend found a credit card on at a McDonald place and he bought over 4 bil worth of gold with it off a dude and my friend was never caught because they never asked him to verify who he was.
