Buying Facebook advertising

so my website is up and still needs tweaks.

I want to make a facebook page and I'm paying for likes, advertisements and such

Couple of ways this can work

1. I make you an admin, and you sent an invite to all your buddies
2. You help get likes, and i can pay per like?
3. you got some hoe ass program that does bulk of that shit like youtube subscribers.
