On RS3 you are forced to verify email address shortly after creating an account.

This as well, I only know OSRS ones or actual old accounts but I doubt there's any unregistered ones for sale not unless old ones with not much progress on it.

Yeah, in Runescape 3 you cannot log in once that email verification interface pops up on login.

That system has existed since 2012. That means there is 0 possibility of an Ironman account that exists with an unregistered email since Ironman mode came out in 2014. You may have luck with those rare classic accounts that are Ironmen and have Scythe and bunny ears.

You are basically forced to register your email.

Sorry for the title, I have actually been informed of this fact by a friend. Title changed accordingly.

Are you aware if having the ability to migrate an acc to a new Jagex account will open up a new level of security to buyers or not?

No worries.

I'm not sure. Buying accounts will always be risky because the avenue to recover an account will always exist.

If you want an account entirely yours, train it yourself or pay for services. This is the optimal way for the concern that you have.
 
I did try asking around Discord, while there's uncertainy, but some claimed that it might disregard previous credentials when migrating the accounts to Jagex. But yaaa, you can take Assurance's words. Let me know if interested as well on mine, I'll offer 100% guarantee since its my actual account. Can even send IDs and stuff on the midman we'll be using from Sythe if that will make you feel safer.
