[Buying] Ebay Store Layout

I need someone to assist me with coding for my ebay page.

I essentially need it to where I can add in the images and what not without having to hassle with creating the code myself.

I was inspired by this store here: http://stores.ebay.com/TrekRepublic

Just involves HTML/CSS.

I want it to be a clean layout similar to the one above.
