Buying decent account with Paypal.

Got £15 / $30 to spend on a decent account. The account must have no recoveries and must take screenies to prove it doesn't have them. I also want screenies of stats and bank please.

I also want old passwords/old membership codes used on the account etc.

I'm guessing you know paypal is not normally used? Most people stay away, because apparently you can cancel the payment.
