    New to paypal, idk how to do the claim thing, best i can do atm is send a pic of cash within it or w.e.. Otherwise mail will go through.
    I will NOT go first under any circumstances, if you do not trust me, you will pay the $6.50-$10 fee for a OMM. Thanks.
