Buying Chinchompa Training

I am lvl 85 range, i have 20k red chinchompas and the prayer pots needed to use them all.
I have the 43 prayer for protect from melee, and i need the 20k chins trained. If anyone knows how to do this properly without wasting chins please let me know.
