Buying both 3/4 digits & high-tiers

Hey guys,

Looking to buy a 3 or low 4 digit steam account with no profile set up. If profile is set up ill only buy with impressive cs:go stats (hours, wins, medals, etc.)

Also looking for some high-tier accounts.
5k+ cs:go hrs and possibly other high hour games, 700+ wins, good service medals/pins, would prefer but not necessary a high steam level.
