Buying black ops and mw3 PSN!

Hey all,

I'm looking to buy the following.

A PSN which has the following on black ops:

-4.00 KD +
-14th prestige + (if the account has amazing stats it doesn't have to be prestiged)

And the following on MW3

-3.5 KD+
-level 80

If you meet all these requirements on only ONE PSN that is preferable to two different PSN's.
