Hello
Hello all, I am looking to buy a RS account. My budget is 500 USD. I am looking for a topnotch account. One requirement is that the account must have all 99's in every skill. The account also by default has to be lvl 138. It would also work in your favor if the account has a significant amount of wealth.
I will go first to only highly trusted individuals. We can also use a OMM if needed.
Thanks for your time
