Buying an Account off Player Auctions?

I've been considering buying a high level account. I've been looking at playerauctions and have noticed a few 130+ accounts with over 2.1k+ total levels from $100-150, which to me seems really cheap.

I've been thinking about buying one, but I've always been nervous about buying accounts in this game. I've heard the horror stores about the people who do everything right in a trade, than lose the account anyways.

How safe is player auctions for purchasing accounts?

 

I can sell you a high level for cheap, I already sold one account and the buyer is perfectly happy.

I've heard on PA that the buyer must supply all information to the buyer, and has a responsibility to help if anything happens within 6 months or something.
I think PA is just a big OMM.
Don't know if PA is trustworthy or not. I don't use it myself.

 

buying accounts is buying accounts there is always a chance of recovery, you're better off buying here on sythe from very trusted users such as kero

 

It's not really safe to buy accounts.
They can be recovered back really fast.
If I were you I'd bot the account.

 

Pa is the safest place but saying that buying accounts is never 100% safe

 

it's never safe so I would only consider buying from people who have a lot of positive feedbacks that are legit
Also when you're doing the trade, take a LOT of pictures of you paying and also the MSN conversation
Just make sure you get enough proof that PA might even offer a refund or take action
