Buying Alt for DK Runs

Hey all. I'm looking to buy an account with the proper levels to hold supplies for my main during DK runs. The right account should have:

Lunar Diplomacy ( I think this is required to go through waterbirth island portal in my poh?)
60+ defense
60+ range
43+ prayer

And I think that's it. I can pay via osrs gold or BTC, whichever the seller prefers.
ONLY looking to buy from trusted sellers, who are the original owners of the account.
