Offerd him to pay half now half when he recieves all the keys and pay key by key. He refused.

i didnt say all keys i said half.. becasue of ur reputation.. no i wasnt banned for scamming.. on allsteams it was because i posted a rickroll link.. ill post screen shots of u want..
