Buying acct cmb lvl 110 or higher

Im looking to buy an account with cmb level 110 or higher
I DONT play p2p so I wont pay much extra for p2p stats being high (just an fyi)
I am looking to spend up to $200 USD, only buying 1 account

Prefer sellers with vouches or we use OMM fees split

Please post stats pics...dont care much about banks or money since when the char is over level 100 its not hard to kill npcs for cash/items.

So basically bare account over level 110 combat preferred with no recovs and all details (old passes, email registered, etc)

EDIT: Also I have no problem buying accounts with black marks, muted, etc as long as they are playable.
