    sorry so picky but I'm buying it for my bro, and he is picky..

    Basic (minimum) requirements..

    80+ mage
    70+ range (if not, post anyways i might still be interested)

    Looking to pay 1-3M

    maybe more, maybe less.



    On a side note, about my trade with caution. It has been on there for longer then needed, i got the problem taken care of and IT IS ME!
