Buying Accounts 60-70 Mining

I am buying any account that has 60+ mining. Account should preferabaly be a pure, but if it has defence I don't care. Stats can be anything, but 1 everything 60 mining is also fine.

Rules of buying account:
Must of never been member
No Recoverys
Must be able to talk on RS
Combat needs to be level 3-55

Please note I am not interested in any rune miners etc.
