Buying account creator for runescape

This needs to be built to my specifics. Will need to solve capchas using a captcha solver. Will need to save data in a text doc/excel sheet.

I can do this add my skype live:qazteck

I have a creator but I wouldn't want to sell it in the state its in, I can make you the accounts instead and charge per account?
